Dr. Liakuat Yusuf brings over three decades of international construction and commercial leadership experience. He holds a B.S. in Architectural Engineering, with a Construction Management focus, from the University of Texas at Austin, an MBA from the University of Houston, and a Global Executive PhD in Healthcare Management from Selinus University, Italy.
His earlier project management and engineering assignments with Brown & Root and Bechtel include the Soltex Polymer Plant and an Exxon petrochemical project. At SSI Strategic, he leads project strategy, commercial management and client and partner relationships.
Based in Germany, Güney Kaya combines a civil engineering background with a Master of Business Engineering, an IHK construction qualification, and training in safety engineering and SCC management.
His experience spans construction management, site supervision, HSE coordination and technical project control. At SSI Strategic, he oversees construction operations and coordination between technical teams and delivery partners.
Prof. Dr.-Ing. Jens Bender holds a Doctor of Engineering qualification and specialises in civil engineering, hydraulic engineering and water management. He is Professor for Hydraulic Engineering and Water Management at DHBW Mosbach and heads its Civil Engineering – Public Construction programme.
His advisory work at SSI Strategic supports technical review, infrastructure assessment, flood-risk management and specialist engineering judgement.
